下班后倒了一小杯，先闻到的是橡木和烟熏味，有点像点燃雪茄但没那么冲。尝起来意外地有海水般的咸鲜感，混着点绿橙子皮的清爽，底下还有像甘草糖的甜。 尾韵很长，居然冒出类似肉桂卷的暖香，喉咙里留着一点海苔和泥煤的土味。质地很顺，喝得出酿得挺用心的，虽然年轻但平衡感不错。配块黑巧应该绝了 🍫

Wow，这杯酒真的挺有层次的。颜色是那种漂亮的金色，看着就喜欢。 先闻了一下，哇，有点像汽油的味道，但不会太冲。然后涌上来的是甘草片的微甜，接着是蜜桃糖浆和青皮橙子的感觉，有点意思。 喝下去居然能喝出点海苔的鲜味，这很有趣。确实挺复杂的，但平衡得很好，做工不错。 烟熏味很舒服，像刚点燃的雪茄，但又不呛人。苹果皮的清涩感也出来了，还有种草本的清新感，可能是琉璃苣？ 有坚实的甘蔗风味，有点像朗姆。整体有点茶的感觉，鼠尾草的香气若隐若现。 泥煤味是那种大陆风格的，不重，很合适。青草般的单宁感，很清新。 肉桂卷的甜香最后才出来，和淡淡的烟草味混在一起。老实说真的不错，虽然年轻，但已经很棒了 👍🥃

Right, first sip – a bold rum hit right off the bat, almost like chewing on a slightly burnt orange peel. Then it gets proper complex, you know? I’m getting these green apple skins and something like walnut liqueur mixed with a bit of salty, tea-like tannin. It’s quite oaky but in a good way, not overdone. 👌 Smell is interesting, has this faint petroly note mixed with sweet tobacco, like an old leather-bound book. A bit of sage and maybe some woodsmoke from a small fire. The taste kinda mirrors the nose – it’s that carbon copy they talk about. There’s a little liquorice lozenge sweetness in there too. Finish is long, with a dry, almost mineral, salty note and a bit of that lit cigar aftertaste. For a young one, it’s surprisingly well-made and settled. Not overwhelming, just a solid, interesting drop.

Lovely little dram 🥃 I get warm honey, vanilla, a bit of orange peel and gentle oak. There’s a soft spice kicking about, with a wee touch of smoke. Feels cosy, rounded, and easy to sit with on a chilly evening. Nice long-ish finish, bit peppery but not too much.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of honey, gentle spice and some oaky warmth. Feels smooth, mellow, and a little sweet, with a dry, warming finish. Quite easy to sip on a quiet evening.
