Bit of a spicy kick mid-way—cinnamon maybe?—but it mellows into stewed apples and that sort of “sunday biscuit tin” vibe 🍪 Finish lingers with a soft, woody warmth. Not too heavy, quite smooth overall. Definitely one I'd sip again on a chilly evening.
