Glenburgie 1995 22 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, this whisky's got a proper smoky kick with hints of citrus and chocolate – really fruity on the nose. Quite sweet with vanilla and caramel notes, and a spicy oak finish. Honey comes through nicely too. 🥃🔥🍫🍊 Lovely dram, that. 😊

Bit of a coffe vibe at first ☕️ Then some marmalade & toffee coming thru, quite nice innit. Oh wait, there's a smoky ashy note too 🔥 Gets a bit spicy & leathery as it goes down, woody finish. Tastes like sea salt & vanilla somehow 🌊 Hints of honey sweetness too, lovely balance

Just had a dram of this... oh crikey, right off the bat you get this big hit of, like, candied apple and some warm toffee. 🍎 It's proper warming, not harsh at all. But then, halfway through, it sort of shifts? You get a bit of that spicy oak coming through, maybe a touch of orange peel. It's quite moreish. 🌳 The finish is long and kinda oaky, with a lingering sweetness. It leaves a really nice, comfortable feelin in your chest. A proper fireside sipper, this one. 🔥 Not too complex, but ever so smooth and enjoyable. Cheers! 🥃
