Springbank Authentic Collection 2007 8 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, just poured myself a wee dram. 🥃 Nose is proper nice, got that vanilla vibe with a bit of citrus zest 🍋. Taste kicks in warm, kinda spicy like cinnamon or nutmeg 🔥. Finish lingers on, smooth n easy. Not harsh at all. Perfect for a rainy evening like this 🌧️. Cant quite put me finger on every note but its lovely stuff.

Bloody hell, this one's a proper rollercoaster 😮‍💨 First whiff? Smokey bacon crisps 🔥 and old leather armchairs. Then... whoosh 🌊, get this wave of vanilla custard and burnt toffee, innit? Taste-wise, it's like licking a warm scone with honey 🍯 that's been left on a bonfire. Gets a bit spicy, like cinnamon chewing gum, but mellows out lovely. Finish is long, sort of... charred orange peel and dark chocolate 🍫. Right nice after a rubbish day, this. Hits all the spots. 👍

Mouthfeel's lovely - a proper, chewy wee dram. The sweetness hits first, like toffee apples 🍎, then this lovely dry, spicy oak comes through. Not firey, just... warming. A real hug in a glass, that. Finish hangs about forever. Dried ginger and a whisper of bitter chocolate. Absolute belter for a cold evening. 🥃

Finish is long and warm, like you’ve just had a cuppa but with a spicy kick 🌶️. Could be a hint of dried fruit? Hard to tell, but it’s lovely. Really dig it. Came across a bit of that briney note too, sea air kinda vibe? Nice. Overall, solid dram. Would deffo have again after a long day. 🥜 (forgot what that means but it felt right)
