Springbank 1965 27 Years Single Malt Whisky

Just poured a wee dram tonight 🥃. Nose is proper nice, hints of apple and smokey wood 🔥. Taste warms the chest, honey sweet with a peppery kick. Finish lingers alittle too long but its cozy. Definitly a good one for the evening. Proper nice colour too 🟠. Makes you wanna sit by the fire 🪑.

Smokey kick, kinda like a cozy fire on a cold night. 🍂 Gettin' honey an' vanilla sweetness, with a b it of oakiness. Fruity hints too, maybe appl e or pear. It's warmng on the palate, peaty finish that lasts. Really nice! 🥃 First sip: bold smokiness. 😮 Then, smooth honey notes. Fruity undertones. Loved it! 👍

Right, first nose is proper smoky 🌫️, bit of bonfire and old leather. Then you get some nice fruit, like stewed apples 🍎 and a bit of citrus peel. On the palate... quite spicy 🌶️, black pepper and a bit of ginger. There's a lovely honey 🍯 sweetness underneath, maybe some vanilla too. Really coats the mouth, rly nice texture. Finish is long, warming 🔥. The smoke comes back, but it's joined by a bit of dark chocolate and some nutty, woody notes. It's a proper sit-by-the-fire dram. 🥃 Nose: Smoky, fruity, some honey. Palate: Spicy, sweet, full. Finish: Long, warming, complex. A real treat. 👍
