The Balvenie Single Cask 1998 15 Years Single Malt Whisky

ahh proper dram this, gettin loads of stewed orchard fruits 🍎🍐, sultanas, a wee touch of vanilla fudge. bit of cinnamon spice an all. finish is long, malty, wi a gentle wisp of peat smoke. no bad at all. 🥃

Right, this whisky's got a proper smoky aroma, with a hint of apple and a touch of vanilla. On the pallet, it's sweet and a bit spicy, and the finish lingers forever. 🥃😋 Really smashing for a cold evening. Love it!

Oof, that nose hits u straight away—like a orchard on a autmn morning. crisp apples & ripe pears, all mixed with this gentle, woody smokiness. 😌 First sip? it’s rich, man. caramel & honey coat the mouth, then a whisper of spice dances in. u get this lovely warmth spreading, like sitting by a fire. 🔥 finish is long, aye. a bit of dark chocolate, maybe a hint of dried fruit lingers. it’s smooth, no burn, just a cozy glow. really reminds me of a relaxed sunday afternoon. just sippin, thinkin bout nothing. bliss. 🥃 wait, did i say “autumn” rite? lol. anyway, it’s proper lovely.

Caramel, some apple, and a surprising kick of spice! Not harsh, just warming. Very more-ish. Finish is long, smoky, and a bit dry. Leaves you wanting another sip. Ok so this one's quite nice actually 😋 Starts off really malty, almost like honey on toast? Then theres this warm smokyness that comes through... kinda like a bonfire but in a good way lol I get some vanilla and maybe dried fruit? There's a bit of spice at the end too 🔥 Not too strong tho, just a nice little kick. Overall pretty smooth, good for a wee dram after work 👍 Not too complicated, just nice flavours that work well together.
