The Balvenie Single Cask 1999 21 Years Single Malt Whisky

Ooh this one’s got some proper character innit? First hit of apple and cherry 🍎🍒 - like walking past the fruit stall at Borough Market. Then that warmth rolls in, smooth like honey from the hive 🍯. Bit of vanilla and woodsy notes, reminds me of old bookshelves. Nice long finish, kinda peppery at the end but not harsh. Could sit with this by the fireplace all evening 🥃✨ Wait - is there a hint of dark chocolate? Yeah, defo getting some cocoa vibes. Not too heavy though, still refreshing somehow. Proper lovely stuff this.
