Alright mate, had a wee dram of this earlier 🥃. First off, the nose is proper lovely. Got hints of vanilla and maybe some dried fruit, like raisins or figs 🍇. Bit of smoke in the background too, not too overpowering though. On the palate, it's warm. Sweet at first then that oak spice kicks in. 🌲 Finish lingers for ages, leaves a nice glow in the chest. 🔥 Colour is rich amber, looks the business in the glass. Definately one for a quiet evening by the fire. Might need another glass tbh. Smooth but got some complexity to it. Proper nice. 🍯 Would pair well with some dark choclate if you're asking me. 🍫

Right, just poured myself a wee dram of this. 🥃 Smells proper inviting... like honeycomb and a hint of dried fruit? 🍯 Reminds me of Christmas pudding honestly. On the palate it's smooth, not harsh tho. Got a bit of oak spice tingling at the back. 🌿 Finish goes on forever. Makes you feel all cozy inside. Definatly one for a rainy Sunday afternoon. No need to rush this one. 😌 Cheers mates. 🍻

Tastes like autumn. Oaky vanilla first, then a lovely honey sweetness creeps in. 🍯 Gets a bit spicy at the finish, cinnamon maybe. Leaves a warm, caramelly feeling. A proper hug in a glass, that. 👍 Slight smoke hiding in there too. Really rather moreish.
