Tasting Notes & Reviews
Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Right then, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper smoky, like a peat fire but sweet too. 🍯 Hits the throat warm, nice burn that. Taste of dried fruit and maybe some oak? 🌲 Finish lasts a while, leaves you wanting another. Proper lovely for a rainy evning. 🌧️ Might be a bit rough round the edges but I like it. Cheers! 🍻
Proper treat this one. Nose full of dark toffee, a wee whiff of oak, maybe a touch of dried fruit 🍂 Sippin it's right smooth, honeyed and gently spiced. A lovely warmth on the finish, lingers nicely. 👌🥃 (Really hits the spot, that.)
Nose picks up... autumn leaves 🍂 and damp wool, init? Tastes like a hug from a proper wool jumper. Warm, bit spicy, hints of honey comb 🍯. Finish lingers, kinda like sitting by a fire 🔥 after a long walk. Right proper dram for a chilly evening.
Tried this whisky last nite, got a nose of peat and smook 🥃. Really brings the warmth on a cold evenin'. Taste-wise, it's got wood notes and a bit of honney 🍯. So smooth goin' down, lovely lingerin' finish. 😊 Definitely one to savour.
Just had a sip – it's proper nuttee 🌰, with a bit of vanlla and honey sweetness 🍯. Gets a touch spicy, like cinnamon, and some oak wood notes. Really smooth, almost silky. Quite enjoy it! 😊 A slight smoky finish comes through too, remnant of peat maybe. Overall, a lovely dram for a rainy day. 🌧️
Blimey, this whisky's got a real nice kick to it! 👃 Reminds me of a cozy fireplace, kinda smoky with a touch of honey. 🍯 On the palate, it's smooth as, with a bit of spice and a long finish. Absolutely love it, mate! 🥃😊 Aye, the aroma's just lush—sorta fruity, like dried apples, and a whiff of leather. 👞 Tastes rich and complex, with a warm, lingering aftertaste. Top stuff for a cold night! ❄️🔥 Can't get over how mellow it is, almost velvety. There's a hint of vanilla and some earthy notes too. 🌿 Definitely one to savor slowly. Cheers! 🍻
