Chichibu 2011 7 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper warm, like dried fruits and oak 🪵. Sweet too, honeyish alot. Taste hits smooth, no harsh burn. Got that sherry vibe, raisins maybe? Hint of spice at the back. Finish lasts quite awhile. Warms the chest nicely on a cold evening 🔥. Reckon it's a good one for relaxin. Would have another glass definate. 👌

Then it mellows into a lovely smoky sweetness, like a bonfire toffee 🍬. There's a hint of dried fruit and a touch of peat in the background. Really moreish, innit? 🥃 The finish is long and warming, with a bit of oakiness coming through. Quite the complex one, this.
