Blimey, this one's got a right smoky nose with hints o' honey and vanilla. Tastes fruity, like autumn berries, with a bit of spice on teh finish. Quite smooth, actually. 🥃 Oh, and a touch of oak lingers. Lovely stuff! 😊
Just had a sip. 🥃 A real proper smoke first, like a bonfire night. Then… aye, honey and something citurs? A bit of sweetness there. 🍯 Finish is long, warm, almost peppery. Enjoyin’ this one. 😊
Proper nice whisky, that. 🥃 Got a lovely warm vanilla hit, with a bit of apple peel maybe? Finish is soft, a little honey and oak. Very easy going. 👍 Kinda like sittin by the fire on a chilly evening, ya know?
Oh this one's quite nice actually 😊 First sip - got that lovely honey sweetness with a bit of vanilla, very smooth going down. Not too harsh at all. Then there's some fruit coming through... maybe apple? A touch of citrus too which is quite refreshing 🍋 Getting some gentle smoke on the finish, not peaty-smoky but more like... toasty? Oak notes there as well. Quite warm and comforting tbh. A wee bit of spice - cinnamon perhaps, and some malty biscuity flavours. Reminds me a bit of shortbread strangely enough 🍪 The texture is lovely and creamy, coats the mouth nicely. Very approachable dram this one. Finishing with a lingering sweetness, toffee maybe? And a hint of nut. Really pleasant aftertaste that hangs around for ages. Overall - cracking wee whisky for a quiet evening in. Would defo have again 🥃
