Aultmore Vintage Collection 2008 11 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, so this dram... first sniff and I’m gettin’ a proper waft of dried fruits, like raisins gone a bit dark, and a soft vanilla ribbon runnin’ through. Then there’s this wee hint of sherry, almost nutty, and a ghost of peat smoke lingerin’ at the back. Sip it and the toffee comes forward, snug and warm, wi’ a touch of honey’d oak. Finish has that dry, whispery smoke again, leaves yer mouth tinglin’ nicely. Nae bother, pal. 🥃✨ Slàinte.
