Tasting Notes & Reviews
Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Proper lovely dram this. 🥃 Nose is sweet, vanilla and maybe some dried fruit. Taste feels rich, bit of oak and spice kicking in. Finish lingers... warm and comforting. Quite enjoyable whilst watching the footie. Would recomend this one. 🍂
Alright mate, so I'm getting some proper **oak** vibes here 🪵, a bit of **honey** sweetness that's really lovely. There's some **vanilla** and **caramel** going on too, quite smooth honestly. Getting hints of **spice** — maybe a touch of **ginger** and **cinnamon**? Quite warming on the finish 🥃 Ooh, picking up some **fruit** notes — **cherry** perhaps? And maybe a bit of **citrus** in there. Quite complex init. A subtle **smoke** lingers but it's not overwhelmin, just enough to give it some character. Bit of **peat** there too, quite earthy. Honestly? It's got that classic **malt** backbone with some **chocolate** undertones that I really fancy. The **butterscotch** comes through nicely on the nose 👃 Really decent dram this one, perfect for a quiet evening. Would happily have another glass tbh 😊 Cheers! 🥂
Afta a long day, just pouring meself a bitta whisky. 🥃 First sip - immediate warmth, like a cozy blanket for the throat. Then comes this sweetness, maybe honey or vanilla? It's smooth, real smooth. Gets a bit spicy towards the end, a nice kick. There's somethin' oaky in there too, like sittin' in an old library. And maybe a hint of fruit? Apples, p'raps. It's just... comfortin'. Simple as that. 😌
