Blind tasting notes from last night’s dram... Smokey start 🔥, but not too agressive. Rich caramal sweetness on the tongue, with a bit of spicey kick. Hmm, also got some vanilla and maybe baked apple? Finish is long, warming... leaves a nice oaky aftertaste. Quite enjoyabel, actually. Would have another. 👍
Right, this whisky's got a lovely smoky vibe, bit of vanilla and caramel too. Smooth on the tongue, with a hint of honey and a spicy kick at the end. Really goes down well, that. 🥃 A touch of oak comes through, makes it feel proper matured. Nice one for a quiet evening.
