Secret Orkney 2007 DD

Right then, poured a small dram. Its propa smooth. 🥃 Nose is sweet - think dried fruits an’ burnt sugar. Mouthfeel’s creamy with hints o’ vanilla. Gets a bit nutty midway then finishes warm. Quite subtle, not aggressive. Definetely nice for relaxin after a leng day. Jus’ pure comfort. Cheers! ✨🇬🇧

Right then, poured a wee dram at home last night 🥃. Nose is proper warm, hints of sherry n honey 🍯. Maybe some dried fruit too. Taste hits smoth then got that spicy kick 🔥. Reminds me of winter evenings by the fire. Finish is long n sweet. Bit of oak lingering. Definatly a good one for relaxin. Cheers mates 🍻.

Quite a delightful nose on this one - a mix of dark chocolate 🍫, vanilla, and a hint of orange peel. On the palate, there's a lovely honeyed sweetness 🍯 with some peppery kick and a touch of smoke. Finishes rather nicely with cinnamon and a bit of oak. Quite warming, this.

Alright, so this one... 🥃 Starts off smooth, oaky, like an old leather armchair. Then it gets interesting. A hit of carmel chery, like a posh black forest gateaux. 🍒 Then, vanilla ice cream with dark choclate drizzled. Class. There's a little dusting of cinnamon and sea salt on the finish, just lingers. A whisper of smoke at the very end. 👌 Seriously complex. My kind of dram.
