Right, this one's got a proper depth to it. Defo getting warm spices first, like cinnamon sticks that have been sat in the oven. There's a sweet backbone too—think sticky toffee pudding, but with a smoky edge. The mouthfeel is quite lush, almost buttery? And then there's this sharp, citrusy note that cuts through at the end.
