Longrow 1997 14 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, so this one's got a lovely creamy vanilla thing going on 🥃 Fruity notes - bit of apple, some pear maybe? Quite pleasant. Toffee and honey sweetness comes through nicely. Got a bit of smokiness but not too heavy, more like a gentle woodiness. Slight citrus tang on the finish. Easy drinking, quite smooth. Not too complex but honestly just really nice for a relaxed evening 🍂 Would definitely have again

Nose: quite nice, like... burnt toffee maybe? 🍮 Sort of woody too. Taste: ooh, it's got a bit of a kick! Some spice, maybe cinnamon? Quite sweet underneath. A bit of fruit, apple or summat. 🍎 Finish: warms you right up. 🔥 Lingers a bit, some of that oakiness. Smooth overall though. 👍
