Hakushu 1993 15 Years Single Malt Whisky

so i just tried this one and *blimey* the first thing that hits u is like... baked apples? 🍎 with a bit of cinnamon sugar on top. then there’s this kinda lovely nutty vibe, maybe toasted almonds or summit. mouthfeel’s proper smooth, almost like silk but then u get this wave of dark chocolate (the good stuff, not the cheap rubbish) & a hint of old leather. 🛋️ finishes with a long warmth, a bit like vanilla fudge fading into some spicy oak. right pleasant, innit. proper fireside dram material. 🔥🥃

This whisky? Smokey and a bit fruity. 🥃 Love the warmth it gives. Sometimes hints of honey and vanilla. Really smooth finish. 😋 A nice peaty kick with some spice too. Perfect for a cozy night. 🌙

oh mate this one's quite nice actually 🥃 getting loads of vanilla and honey on the nose, maybe a bit of green apple? quite fresh taste-wise... oaky, a little smoky, def some dark fruit going on. pear maybe? 🍐 the finish is warm, a tad spicy with a touch of caramel or butterscotch yeah solid dram for a rainy evening tbh 👌
