Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

1#1

Right, had a wee dram of this earlier. 🥃 Nose is quite warm, hint of honey and dried fruit maybe? 🍯 Palate kicks in smooth, alittle spice like cinnamon but not too much. Finish lingers... smokey but gentle. Like sitting by a fireplace on a rainy day. 🌧️🔥 Proper lovely stuff. Might have another glass tbh. 😌

Ah, this whisky’s got a lovely aroma – bit of smoke, hint of fruit, like autumn leaves. Tastes smooth with a touch of honey and some spice. Goes down nice, warming finish that stays a while. 👍😊 Sometimes I get a bit of vanilla, maybe a nutty note too. Really enjoy sippin' it slowly.

Blimey, this one’s got a bit of cinnamon and smoke, innit? 🥃 Sorta like burnt toffee and a wee hint of vanilla. Oaky, with a dry finish. Not bad at all.

Right, so this one's got a proper 🔥 smoky kick at first, innit? Like a bonfire in autumn, bit o'charred wood. Then... ah, there's some sweet, like vanilla and maybe a hint of toffee apple? 🍏 Gets warmer down the glass, y'know. Smooths out, leaves this lovely, dry oakiness. A bit of spice lingers – cinnamon, maybe? 👍 Solid dram for a chill evening.

Alright, this one's proper good I recon 😊 First thing you notice is how smooth it is - just glides right down. Gettin lovely caramel notes with a bit of vanilla in there too. There's a nice warmth to it, not burnin or nuffin, just that cozy kind of feelin 🔥 Bit of honey sweetness, maybe some fruity notes aswell? And a gentle hint of peat smoke - very subtal mind. Finish is rich and morish, with a touch of spice lingerin on the tung. Really really enjoyin this one 👌

This whiskey’s got a real smoky kick to it, like bonfire night in November. 🔥 Notes of honey and maybe some dried apple come through, lovely and sweet. 🍯 It’s smooth on the palate, no harsh edges, just a warm, spicy finish that lingers. Perfect for a wee dram after work. 😌 Sometimes, I get a hint of dark chocolate and toasted nuts. The mouthfeel is creamy, almost like butterscotch. Definitely one for slow sipping. 👌 A right good dram, this is.
