Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Nose is rich, hints of sherry and spice maybe? Feels oily on the tongue, proper warm going down. 🔥 Taste of dried fruit and a bit of chocolate. Makes me feel cozy, like by the fire. Finish is long... dont wanna rush it. Reccon its perfect for a rainy eveing. 🌧️ Cheers mates. 🍻
Oh wow, that's actually quite lovely 😊 First sip - big hit of **honey** and **vanilla**, maybe a touch of **caramel** in there too. Then it opens up with some nice **fruit**... apples maybe? a bit of **pear** perhaps? The **smoke** comes through on the mid-palate, but not too heavy. More like a gentle **peat** if I'm honest. There's a lovely **spice** kick that lingers, warming sorta thing. I'm getting **sherry** vibes for sure, very **rich** and **sweet**. Maybe some **oak** rounding it all out? **Malty** finish, quite **creamy** on the tongue. Really nicely balanced imo 👌 Aye would deffo have another dram of that on a cold evening.
Aright, this one smells like apples and honey 🍯, with a bit of smokiness in teh background. On the palate, it's spicy and smooth, kinda like vanilla or cinnamon. Finish is long and warm, leaves ye with a cozy glow. 😊
Nose is all honey and warm apple crumble 🍯😊 Palate? Bit of vanilla smoke an' toasted oak... maybe a hint of lemon peel? Finish lingers like a cosy fireplace 🔥 Slightly spicy at the end though Lovely dram for a rainy afternoon innit?
