Right then, had a wee dram this nite 🥃. Nose is quite nice, hint of smoke maybe? Taste feels warm, going down smooth like. Got some sweetness, like honey or toffee 🍯. Finish lingers abit longer than expected. Proper good for a rainy eveing 🌧️. Lovely flavou, would have another glass definately. Cheers mates 🍻.

Blimey, that first nose is like sticking your face in a tin of Quality Street after a stroll through an orchard 🍏🍊 Warm toffee, a whiff of pear drops, and just a faint, almost shy puff of peat smoke behind it—like a distant bonfire. On the palate it goes a bit nutty—roasted hazelnuts, maybe a scrape of marmalade on brown toast. Oily mouthfeel, proper legs on the glass. Mid-palate brings a wee prickle of oak spice, cinnamon and a crack of black pepper that wakes everything up nicely. The finish lingers with that malty biscuit note and a salty caramel sweetness that just begs for another dram. 😌 Aye, not trying to be clever, just pure, unpretentious comfort in a glass wi a drop of water.

Then comes this vanilla sweetness, very smooth indeed. 🔥 There's a bit of caramel and honey in there, makes it feel rich and cozy. Some spice too, not too strong, just enought to keep things intresting. I can taste hints of fruit, maybe apple or pear, adds a bit of freshness. The finish is warm and lingers nicely, really lovely. 👌
