Springbank 1991 21 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, had a wee dram earlier 🥃 Proper smoky start, hits ye straight away. Like walking thru a peat bog barefoot 😅 Then it softens... vanila? Maybe a bit of toffee. Sweet but not sickly. Finish is warm, lingeres a bit too long if Im honest. Needs water perhaps. Cheers 🍻

Right, so just had a dram. First thing - smoky, but like a cozy bonfire, not a bonfire gone mad. That’s lovely. Then there’s this sweet bit, like... stewed apple pie with cinnamon, but not too much. Oh, and vanilla custard! Get that on the finish, nice and long. There’s a bit of spice, ginger maybe? Makes it all feel proper warm going down. A bit of dark chocolate too, right at the back. It’s well-balanced, this one. Not trying too hard. Just proper good. 😌 Mouthfeel is like velvet. Really nice. 👍
