Springbank 1997 11 Years Single Malt Whisky

Cheers mate! Jus tried this dram last night 🥃. Nose hits peaty n smoky like a bonfire 🔥. Taste starts dry thn gets sweet wth dried fruit 🍇. Bit o' spice lingerin after the finish. Not flawless but solid pour 💯. Proper tasty fella. Gonna crack open another soon. Cheers! 🍻

Right, just had a wee taste of this dram. Nose is proper oatmeal and heather honey at first 🍯, then a whiff of bonfire tar creeps in, like a damp heathery peat reek. On the tongue it’s a bit oily, dried herbs and a salty sea spray note 🌊, almost minerally. Mid-palate gets spicy—black pepper and a tickle of ginger. Finish lingers with dark chocolate and a tiny liqourice twist. Cracking stuff, innit? 👍

Wow, that first sip... it's like walking through a autumn orchard 🍎 but then there's this surprising little kick! The finish is proper warm, innit? Feels like sitting by a fire 🔥 Kinda creamy... like melted butter on toast? Nose is all lovely - got some honey maybe, and a bit of that citrusy zing 🍋 A little smoke at the end, very gentle like. Overall, just cozy. Makes me wanna say "cheers" and have another 😉 Very more-ish!
