Right then, let’s have a wee taste… Nose first up: soft toffee, a whiff of dried apricot, and somethin’ almost floral. Like heather honey on warm toast. 🍯🌾 On the palate—oops, can’t say that—right, when it hits yer tongue… Silky smooth, but then *bang*, a spike of peppery spice. Black pepper ’n cracked cinnamon. 🌶️ Then it gentles, goes all malty and dark fruit. Sultanas soaked in brandy, maybe a curl of orange peel. Finish is a slow burner. A little woodsmoke, a tiny bitter twist like posh dark choc’late, then it fades with this warm, tingly glow. Like sittin’ by a fire after a long walk. 🔥 Sláinte. Not perfect — a bit of a bruiser at first — but a proper dram with real character.

Right then, having a wee dram here... 🥃 On the nose I'm getting stewed plum and apple, bit of balsamic sweetness in there too. Some nutmeg and cinnamon - quite warming actually. Palate is lovely - creamy vanilla and toffee, dried fruit coming through nicely. A touch of smoke and oak gives it proper depth. Finish is long with sherry and citrus notes. Rather nice this one! Could definately have another glass 😊

Blimey, this one's a proper journey. First off, got that initial **hit of citrus** 🍋 - a bit sharp, like a marmalade on toast, y'know? Then... **smoke** creeps in, but not like a bonfire, more like... **dried leaves** 🍂 or a distant **log fire**. There's **dried fruit** in the middle - **raisins** 🫙 and maybe **figs**? Feels quite rich. And sweetness, yeah, like **vanilla** 🍦 and a touch of **honey** 🍯. The finish... ooh, it lingers. Gets a bit **spicy** 🌶️ - think **cinnamon** or **nutmeg**. And a final wave of... is that **dark chocolate**? Or maybe **toasted oak** 🪵. Jolly complex, init? Leaves you with a warm glow. Honestly, it's one of those you just want to sit with by the fire. 👍
