Springbank 2009 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, had a wee dram tonight 🥃 Proper golden colour. Nose is sweet, like honey and maybe some pear 🍐 Taste is smooth, bit of spice on the tongue. Finish lingers nicely... makes you wanna sit by the fire 🔥 Quite pleasent actually. Cheers! 🍻

Right, had a wee dram of this last night. 🥃 Nose is quite light, getting loads of pear and apple. Maybe a hint of vanila? 🍐 Taste is smooth, not too harsh on the throat. Sweet like honey 🍯 with a bit of oak spice. Finish lingers nicely. Proper lovely stuff for a rainy evening. Definitly worth a go if you like something easy going. 🍂

Then there's this deeper, kinda woody smell, like old books and a hint of something spicy. Taste is smooth, honestly. Get that apple again but more stewed now, with some vanilla and a touch of dark chocolate 🍫. Feels warm but not fiery. Finish is all about that wood and spice, with a little bit of orange peel coming through. It's kinda... chewy? In a good way. Really lovely, this. Makes me wanna sit by the fire. 🪵 Deffo one to savour. Yum.
