이 위스키 색이 진짜 🌟 dark gold 같은 느낌이야. 향을 맡아보면 complex nose인데, leather랑 polished woods 향이 나고, cloves랑 camphor 같은 향도 조금 섞여 있어. menthol 같은 시원한 느낌도 있고, cigars 향도 은은하게 나. 한 모금 마시면 a little thick하고 spirit’s quite thick한데, strength는 그렇게 높지 않아. black olive brine 같은 짭짤한 맛이 나고, a little chocolate 같은 달콤함도 있어. immediate and evident하게 맛이 퍼지는데, quite massive한 느낌이야. oyster sauce 같은 감칠맛도 나고, liquorice 같은 단맛도 있어. very spicy하지만, not a sherry monster처럼 달지 않아. caraway 같은 향신료 맛도 나고, pinesap 같은 송진 향도 조금 있어. starts a little narrow하지만, 시간이 지나면 never stops getting wider and more complex해져. not quite a prima ballerina처럼 우아하지는 않지만, imposing style이 있어. not that immediate after all이지만, kind of infused된 느낌이야. aftertaste는 very long and almost ever-lasting하고, heavy cough medicine 같은 쓴맛이 남아. tobacco 향도 나고, 전체적으로 Time is on its side라는 말이 딱 맞아. beats the humblest taster 같은 느낌으로, 내가 감히 평가하기 어려운 복잡함이 있어.
