Yellowstone is a historic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey brand originally established in 1872 by J.B. Dant. Currently produced by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, the brand was revived by Stephen and Paul Beam, descendants of the legendary Beam bourbon family. The whiskey features a high-rye mash bill delivering a balanced flavor profile with rich caramel, vanilla, and warm spice notes. The brand pays homage to Yellowstone National Park, from which it draws its name. In 2015, Limestone Branch was acquired by Luxco (now part of Heaven Hill Brands), ensuring wider distribution while maintaining its craft production principles. The core range includes Yellowstone Select and limited annual releases.
