West Cork Small Batch Spirit Whisky

West Cork Irish Whiskey is a craft distillery founded in 2003 by three lifelong friends—John O'Connell, Denis McCarthy, and Ger McCarthy—in the rugged coastal town of Skibbereen, West Cork, Ireland. As Ireland's southernmost distillery, they draw inspiration from the untamed maritime character, rich heritage, and pristine natural environment of their homeland. Committed to authenticity and uncompromising quality, they use 100% locally sourced Irish barley and pure West Cork water to create exceptional spirits. By combining traditional Irish whiskey-making methods with innovative cask finishing techniques, West Cork produces a range of award-winning blended, single malt, and single pot still whiskeys that truly capture the spirit of Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way.
