For bourbon enthusiasts, Nelson County is to the bourbon world what Napa Valley is to wine, with the charming historic city of Bardstown as its county seat. The distillery's opening will mark the first official craft operation in Bardstown, the world capital of bourbon. Small, highly selective releases will remain central to the Olde St Nick brand culture, along with the production of premium bourbon, rye, and other grain whiskeys.
