Penelope Bourbon Whisky de Malta Blended

Penelope Bourbon is an award-winning American whiskey brand founded in 2018 by Mike Paladini and his childhood friend Danny Polise. The brand's origin story is deeply personal: when Mike and his wife Kerry learned they were expecting a baby girl named Penelope, they wanted to create a spirit that celebrated life's everyday joys—both monumental and modest. This philosophy became the brand's cornerstone. Headquartered in the New York metropolitan area, Penelope Bourbon has distinguished itself through its signature four-grain straight bourbon, masterfully blending three distinct mash bills to achieve exceptional balance and approachability. Their flagship Penelope Four Grain Bourbon features a harmonious combination of corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, creating a versatile profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and subtle spice. The brand sources premium grains from the American Midwest and ages its whiskey in new charred American oak barrels. Penelope's portfolio has expanded to include Barrel Strength expressions and innovative cask finishes, earning numerous accolades including Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Crafted for sharing and celebration, Penelope Bourbon embodies the spirit of togetherness, making it equally at home in a refined cocktail or enjoyed neat among friends.
