Koshu Limited Edition Whisky de Malta Blended

Kai Whiskey embodies the warrior spirit of ancient Kai Province, modern-day Yamanashi Prefecture—the historic domain of legendary daimyō Takeda Shingen. Our distillery stands in the shadow of the Eight Peaks range, where meltwater from Mount Fuji feeds the pristine Fuefuki River, providing the pure water essential to our craft. Guided by Bushido principles, our master distillers blend time-honored techniques with innovative precision, creating a whiskey that reflects both the harsh beauty and refined culture of Sengoku-period Japan. The region's extreme seasonal temperature variations accelerate maturation, yielding a sophisticated spirit characterized by delicate mountain herb notes, subtle smoke, and a finish as enduring as samurai steel. Kai Whiskey: forged by nature, perfected by tradition.
