Founded in December 2014 by Dublin native Patrick Rigney, Shed Distillery is located in Drumshanbo, Leitrim. With over 30 years of experience in the beverage industry working with brands like Baileys, Gilbey, and Grant, Rigney was inspired by a local jam factory during his 2013 visit. The 10,000 sqm distillery sits in the Gaelic-named town meaning 'ridge of the old Irish house.'
