Maturation occurs across a combination of two traditional dunnage warehouses and one modern racked warehouse, housing a total cask inventory of 27,000 barrels. In 2019, Bowmore operated at peak capacity, conducting 14 mashes per week (seven short fermentation and seven long fermentation runs), yielding an impressive annual production of 1.8 million liters of new make spirit. Bowmore's core expression lineup includes the entry-level No.1, the classic 12-Year-Old, the refined 15-Year-Old (recently rebranded, dropping the former "Darkest" designation), the complex 18-Year-Old, and the prestigious 25-Year-Old. The Vault No.1 Series, launched in Autumn 2016, showcases the profound influence of the vault's maritime environment.
