Tonight's pour is this gorgeous deep gold colour. Getting loads of coastal vibes off it – like sea air and wet rocks. Then underneath there's this tar and smoke layered with heavy fruits, almost like smoked peaches left on a fire. The texture is proper raspy and gritty, quite bold. Tasting smoked coffee and juniper berries with a twist of salty lemons – sounds mental but it somehow works. There's even this savoury thing going on that reminds me of a good curry sauce with that mustard kick 🤔 Finish is long but drying, really lingers on the tongue. Quite experimental stuff honestly, not what I'd usually go for but I'm kinda loving it. Definitely has that house stamp all over it. Would grab another dram for sure 🥃
