291 Bourbon Whiskey

291 Colorado Whiskey embodies 'The Hard Way' – Colorado's uncompromising path to whiskey excellence. Since day one, Distillery 291 has operated as a true grain-to-barrel craft distillery, handcrafting singular Colorado whiskey from locally sourced ingredients. Founder Michael Myers, a former New York fashion photographer, brings his artistic vision to every stage of production, mashing Colorado plains grains with pristine water from Pikes Peak reservoirs. The result is an unapologetically bold, artist-driven whiskey that captures Colorado's frontier spirit in every bottle. No shortcuts, no compromise – just pure, unfiltered craft.
