The Alchemist is a family-owned brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPA. Founded in 2003 by John and Jen Kimmich as a 60-seat brewpub in Waterbury, Vermont, the company opened a production brewery after eight years of success. Today, The Alchemist operates two breweries in Vermont, distributing the acclaimed Heady Topper and Focal Banger statewide.
