At AD. RATTRAY, our passion for whisky dates back to 1868, when we began selecting the finest single malt whisky casks in Scotland. The history of whisky is intertwined with our family genealogy. Fortunately, in the mid-1900s, two whisky-loving families, the Walkers and the Morrisons, were united in marriage. Skills and knowledge have been passed down through generations, forming the company we know today.
