The brand's emblem pays homage to the city's most iconic landmark—the equestrian statue of the Duke of Wellington, which has stood since 1844, famously adorned with a bright orange traffic cone since 1980 when a mischievous prankster crowned the hero of Waterloo. Despite municipal efforts to remove this unofficial headdress, the cone has become a beloved symbol of Glasgow's irreverent spirit and is now protected as a cultural icon.
