Our maturation process embraces Hunan's unique subtropical climate, accelerating angel's share and intensifying wood-spirit interaction in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon casks and shaved-toasted-recharred (STR) wine casks, creating a distinctly Chinese terroir-driven profile. Flavor Profile: Rich amber hue with pronounced aromas of dried longan, toasted sesame, and vanilla pod.
