YUEZHI NOMADS WHISKEY Brand Essence: Ancient Spirit, Modern Craft Heritage Story: Yuezhi Nomads Whiskey draws its name from the ancient Yuezhi people (月氏人), the nomadic warriors and merchants who traversed the Silk Road over 2,000 years ago, bridging East and West. Like their legendary journeys from the Hexi Corridor to Central Asia, our whiskey represents a voyage of discovery—fusing time-honored Chinese distilling wisdom with Scottish-style copper pot still craftsmanship. Each bottle captures the restless spirit of migration, trade, and cultural exchange. Craftsmanship & Origin: Produced in small batches at our artisanal facility in Shaxi Town, Miluo City, Hunan Province, China (湖南省汨罗市沙溪镇), Yuezhi Nomads Whiskey utilizes naturally filtered water from the region's pristine mountain springs and carefully selected malted grains. Our maturation process embraces Hunan's unique subtropical climate, accelerating angel's share and intensifying wood-spirit interaction in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon casks and shaved-toasted-recharred (STR) wine casks, creating a distinctly Chinese terroir-driven profile. Flavor Profile: Rich amber hue with pronounced aromas of dried longan, toasted sesame, and vanilla pod. On the palate, expect a harmonious blend of malt sweetness, subtle Sichuan pepper warmth, dark chocolate, and oak spices, finishing with lingering notes of smoked tea (lapsang souchong) and candied ginger. Non-chill filtered, 46% ABV, natural color. Market Positioning: Ultra-premium craft Chinese single malt targeting whiskey connoisseurs, luxury collectors, and culturally-curious millennials in Greater China and key export markets. SRP: $85-120 USD. Bottling Address: Shaxi Town, Miluo City, Hunan Province, China
