Knob Creek is a premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey brand produced by Beam Suntory at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Launched in 1992 as part of Jim Beam's Small Batch Bourbon Collection, it represents a traditional, pre-Prohibition style bourbon. Aged for a minimum of 9 years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), Knob Creek delivers a full-bodied, robust flavor profile with rich notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and warm spices. It is one of the four distinguished small-batch bourbons alongside its siblings: Booker's, Baker's, and Basil Hayden's, collectively targeting the high-end and super-premium whiskey markets.
